Description: He is both the destroyer and the restorer, the great ascetic and the symbol of sensuality, the benevolent herdsman of souls and the wrathful avenger. His female consort is known under various manifestations, including Parvati, Durga, and Kali. In Shaivism he is worshiped as the paramount lord. Lord Shiva is the Greatest God (Mahadeva) and even God of Gods (Devadeva). He is the oldest known god worshipped in different parts of the world. He is mysterious and complex. He assumes the form of Creator (Brahma), Preserver (Vishnu) and Destroyer (Rudra). He is the timeless, formless and spaceless Absolute Reality. tagged with: fantasy art surrealism art digital art religious sacred divine spiritual inspirational romantic deity shiva vast horizon low dark tide scenic evening dusk seascape seashore coast rocks beauty landscape rocky sunset nude body female

George Grie was born in May 14, 1962. He graduated from the State University in 1985 with a BA (Honors) Degree in Fine Art Education. From the onset of his professional career, the traditional routes of domestic art adopted by many of his peers was not an option. He chose instead to follow the more difficult and demanding path of surrealistic painting wherein clear, concise yardsticks of competence, draughtsmanship and painterly skills can be measured and judged warts and all.

I am writing this to answer your possible questions about sources of my art inspiration.
Picture concepts could come from anywhere: unusual window views, fantastic movie scenes, or routine commercial posters.
The ideas are in the air, they are all over the place. Usually they come as a vague vision of something interestingly abnormal, something you define as extraordinary and atypical. Generally, the first impression transforms dramatically at the end of the creative process.
In the majority of my works I am trying to combine visual realities with subconscious emotions and philosophical thoughts.
My pictures are similar to mental puzzles where you can travel from one point to another by analyzing a picture’s symbolic objects. Sometimes a picture’s subject matter is unclear when the path is hidden under layers of mutually excepted items. Sometimes a picture could look almost abstract and meaningless but there is always something for you to discover.
I never force my vision or push my philosophical opinion on the viewer. I only hint them by image titles. It is entirely your job to build the picture concept based on your personal experience, understanding and preferences.

Akiane

Have you ever heard of Akiane, the youngster prodigy who’s been setting the world on its ear given that she was 4? Akiane is a wonderful example of the hand of God in our lives, but there are many who never see it that way. As a matter of truth, there are numerous who she was just yet another rambling lunatic when she first created her splash on the planet. One particular blog publish asked, “[Is] Akiane Kramarik inspired by God or just plain ridiculous?” This amazing young woman is leaving no doubt in anyone’s mind what the reply happens to be.

Akiane’s Historical past

Akiane was born July 9, 1994 in Mt. Morris, Illinois. Neither her Lithuanian mom nor her American father had been Christian, however Akiane, at the age of four, arrived face to deal with with God. Neither father or mother had taught her the Bible, however she was ready to communicate with ease about the Lord and the points he had completed. It was by means of her faith that her family was able to come to God.

At the age of four Akiane began to draw, and almost right away she displayed an amazing talent for detail. At the age of six she commenced to paint, not the simple paintings of a child but portraits that revealed an amazing depth of character for a youthful child. Her paintings, she says, come to her in visions in her goals and are produced in what she phrases “Akianism”-a breathtaking mix of realism and imagism.

Akiane in the Media

It wasn’t lengthy just before Akiane’s great present was found. At the age of 9 she appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Display, Globe News Tonight with Peter Jennings, Fox Journal, Fox Information, The Late, Late Present with Craig Ferguson and CNN with Lou Dobbs. She’s also appeared on the Wayne Brady Display, KREM two News (CBS) and Present day Christian, and she’s been interviewed and highlighted in Russia and Scotland. By the age of 10 young Akiane was a bit of a celeb in the art world.

The vital credo: if free creativity is not present, everything else has no value but if it is present everything can be gone through. I work in several techniques and styles. I like metallographic arts, airbrushing. Recently combining picturesque technics with electronic payments, elements of computers (my basic education is the Minsk radio engineering institute - the designer of the radio-electronic equipment). Many people say, that I do not have certain style, but create only what is pleasant to me. Most of all I appreciate free creativity, but often have to perform the order.

Leonid Afremov

i paint with palette knife with oil on canvas.

Leonid Afremov was born in city of Vitebsk in 1955. Amazingly enough Leonid was born in the same town as Marc Chagall, the famous artist who also founded the Vitebsk Art School along with Malevich & Kandinsky. Leonid Afremov graduated from Vitebsk Art School in 1978 and is one of the elite members.

As he said, he tried different techniques during his career, but he especially fell in love with painting with oil and palette-knife. Every artwork is the result of long painting process; every canvas is born during the creative search; every painting is full of his inner world. Each of his paintings brings different moods, colors and emotions. Leonid Afremov just like those well-known artists, Da Vinci, Picasso, and Monet loves to express the beauty, harmony and spirit of this world in his paintings. With his heart completely open to art, he enjoys creating inspired and beautiful paintings from the bottom of his soul. Each of his artworks reflects his feelings, sensitivity, passion, and the music from his soul. True art is alive and inspired by humanity. "I believe that art helps us to be free from aggression and depression", he said. Currently Leonid Afremov Art is being collected all over the world. There are many pleased collectors in the USA, Israel, Italy, France, England, Spain, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. Presently it is just enough to type "Leonid Afremov" in an internet search engine to discover the value and magnificence of Leonid Art.

New York artist Tom Fruin’s outdoor sculpture Kolonihavehus in the plaza of the Royal Danish Library in Copenhagen has the appearance of a friendly and colorful stained-glass house, yet it also evokes thoughts of churches and Charles Rennie Macintosh.

Rayce Bird works two jobs to support his wife and four children. He uses his artistic skills in his career as a tattoo artist and hopes to soon open a larger shop. Rayce studied virtual technology and design at the University of Idaho and uses his computer knowledge in his character creation. He hopes to be an innovator in the special effects industry by combining virtual technology with classic techniques. His design style integrates a variety of types of art – tattooing, graphic design, 3D special effects and music.

Rayce embodies a person with a structured mind to draw out what he wants to create, other then this competition that he has won, his skill is beyond extreme talent. his thoughts come to life from the paper to prosthetics. He shows the world that from one drawing you can expand it to real life things. The talent of his hand is why i picked this piece.
